APPOINTMENTS

We highly recommend that you book your appointments in advance so that you are guaranteed a time slot that best accommodates your schedule. We always welcome walk-ins, but we cannot guarantee availability. If you are a new client, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your booked appointment, so  you can discuss relevant information with you Nail Artist. Arriving late may shorten your appointment time or require re-booking (please see our section on Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals). If you know that you will be running late, please contact us to discuss options for your appointment. We build our schedule around appointments and appreciate your consideration of this.
 

Cancellations Under 12 Hours and No Shows (individuals and groups)

We ask that in the event that you cannot make your scheduled appointment, you cancel at least 12 hours in advance so we can fill your spot with our waiting list. Cancellations under 12 hours and No-Shows will be charged the full price of the service booked.
 

Late Arrivals

We know that it is easy to get behind, so kindly gives a call if you are running late.  In order to respect the time of all clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late, Nouveau Départ reserves the right to either shorten or reschedule your service in order to keep the next client's service at their scheduled time.



 

PAYMENTS

We only accept credit card payment:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express.  However, cash only gratuity please. Due to high processing fees, taxes and in order to allow our talented Nail Artists to receive the full benefit of your gratuity, we request and appreciate cash only for this.
 

Credit Card Deposit

Nouveau Départ requires a credit card to hold all appointments over the phone and through our online booking system. The provided card will only be charged upon the completion of service or in the instance of late cancellation of less than 12 hours or no-shows. We build our schedule around appointments and appreciate your consideration of this.
 

Gift Cards

Nouveau Départ Nail Studio gift cards are available for both services and products. Gift cards are non-refundable and expire one year from purchase date.

 

 

HELPFUL HINTS AND REMINDERS

Healthy Approach Gel Removal

To ensure the health of your nails proper removal is important if you are currently wearing gel lacquer.  Kindly note: If you forget to add this service, we will have to shorten your service time to accommodate the proper, healthy removal of your gel lacquer.

 

Regular Lacquer Dry Time

Once you’ve left Nouveau Départ Nail Studio, we unfortunately cannot protect you from smudges, smears, or chips. In order to make sure you leave with the best mani or pedi possible, we ask that you allow your regular lacquer color to completely dry prior to leaving. Accidents do happen, and if your lacquer is smudged we’re more than happy to fix it, but we’ll have to charge a $20 polish change.  We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
 

Pet Policy

While we appreciate that a pet may be part of your family, we do not allow animals in our studio with the exception of certified service animals.
